Wow! I am nominated for the Golden Bloggerz Award!
My blog just turned one year last June 2020 and indeed it is a journey of so many discoveries of my blogging life. Blogging awards are kind of a sweet recognition which I hope to be part of it sometime in the future since there are a number of talented and impressive bloggers. I am always in admiration who has shown so much dedication and who are kind enough to help newbies, like me!
What is the “Golden Bloggerz Award”?
It’s an award made to motivate and reward all these amazing bloggers that work daily to serve their audience and they’re worth more recognition. Their priority is to do their best to help their readers solve their problems and reach their goals. This award was created by Chris Kosto from Golden Bloggerz to encourage and reward all the hard-working content creators who deserve more recognition.

First Nomination
And the day has come on my first nomination, for the “Golden Bloggerz Award” by Lusine Gharibian of My Blog, Coffee and Camera whom I met recently. She invited me to be part of a blogging community on Facebook group page; We Love Blogging Community. This is one of the best groups if you choose to grow as a blogger and take part in engagements. Lusine has given me support on most of my social media platforms. From the bottom of my heart, my heartfelt gratitude and I am so honored!

3 – Things About Myself
1- Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines. Worked in Qatar for about a decade and moved to Cyprus last March 2019.
2- Graduated Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and Master’s Degree in Business Management.
3- I have two pomeranian dogs – Pino and Mimis; and one cat – Mina.
My Answers to Lusine’s Questions
1- What is your blog about? Introduce your blog in one sentence š
My blog is a travel blog, not limited to places; it can also be a journey of self-discoveries, understanding cultures, societal and environmental impacts.
2- Are you planning to become a full-time blogger anytime soon and what are you doing to achieve that?
Becoming a full-time blogger can be an option at some point in my life, at this point I’m starting with Amazon Affiliate.
3- What have been your biggest achievements as a blogger so far?
One of my achievements is having genuine readers and somehow I have inspired a number of my audience about my articles, especially in discovering the country of Cyprus.
4 – Do you collect anything?
Yes! I collect accessories like bracelets, (usually from the monasteries) and souvenir fridge magnets. š
5 – What are your hobbies?
Gardening, reading paperbacks and blogs, blogging, watching european football and Netflix, listening to music, baking, and traveling.
Second Nomination
Last month, November 2020 I am surprised for a second nomination by Live, Parent, Teach, Repeat! I met her also in Facebook blogging groups and her articles are great reads about parenting, schools, and more! She is also is a very engaging blogger. Thank you so much LiveParent and once again cheers to the blogging community! I feel a sudden burst of energy and the love of blogging grows. I am inspired!

1-Ā When is the last time you experienced nostalgia?
I think last month, while watching Hallmark Christmas movies one afternoon, I suddenly felt nostalgic.

That dream would be being chased by aggressive dogs and that falling down feeling while you’re asleep?!
3 –Ā Which animal would you like to be reincarnated as?
Since I’m a dog lover, its gonna be a dog!

Probably yes, the universe is so vast!

Someone who is consistently and deliberately late. You know what I mean?!

Answers to your questions:
1. Mainly mental health, but also psychological theory, treatments, counselling approaches, health, dyslexia, and invisible disabilities.
2. I was taking a deferred year break on my MSc and came up with the idea to blog as a way to help other people. I told my partner about it, and they were supportive of me doing this.
3. That promoting your content is annoyingly time consuming.
4. To redo my childhood so their was no racism, to have a healing factor so I could never be ill or have to suffer from my health issues, and for another genie to grant me three wishes.
5. My bed.
Thank you! I’m getting to know you more. Your articles have taught me a lot about mental illness and I personally believe that more people should be aware as it can happen to anyone closest to you. Keep up the good work and as I always say we should keep going with life no matter what we are going through. There is so much love around to give and to share. Congratulations once again!
