Do you feel sometimes that your palates are clamoring for something new to taste? Or say, head out somewhere to have a good meal; a food festival!
Just last 27th of September, we head downtown to Nicosia Municipal Gardens where the Fork Food Market Festival was held. It is similar to a street food fest. Several food stalls of different food variety – Roast pork ( my favorite), Asian dumplings, German bratwurst (got this too! and yes again since Larnaca Food Fest), burgers, falafel and a lot more, + beers.
Prices are at best value starting from 4 EUR to 10 EUR! Freshly prepared food, as you can see on the spot! You can smell the pork roasting, dumplings continuously prepared and all that grind to serve the crowd the best tasting food.
The atmosphere was so festive with great music and it has attracted a good crowd.
Kudos to the organizers!
It is really impossible to eat everything, so it’s like choosing from the best of the best!
Before going home, we had a good stroll around the garden and took a longer route to the parking area. š
Oh, I love events like this, waiting for the next food fest. Food always brings people together!
